Water, Water, everywhere, not a drop to spare.

Fun Fact: Did you know? More than half of your body is made up of water.

It's heating up in Dubai, and as the temperatures soar, it’s important to hydrate. One fun way is by adding infused waters in your plan. 

Here are a few recipes that are a hit with my clients: (Makes 1 liter of infused waters)

1) Lemon-cumber detox water:
Mint: 8 leaves
Cucumber: 10 slices
1 organic Lemon: sliced up
Leave the water along with the above ingredients overnight in the refrigerator.

Sip through the next day. Great for detox, clears up the skin, feel refreshed.

2) Weight loss water:
1 organic grapefruit: sliced up
1 organic lemon: sliced up
1 tbsp Grade A maple syrup (optional)
2 bags of green tea: Infuse for 2-3 hours at room temperature, then remove the tea bags.

Sip through the day. Great for weight loss, fills the tummy, helps satiety when had before meals.
